You can now access the Status Report in your AgentView – VSPP funnels. Previously, the report was only available in your Telesales AgentView funnel.

The URL to access AgentView VSPP is http://173.15.171.178:8090/index.php

You would access the Status Report in the same manner as you would in your Telesales AgentView funnel.
