All orders where the customer has been told (or promised) an AMEX for PZ4, must be completed in ONE-SOURCE by the close of Business on 1/15/10.

Please make sure you do not offer the AMEX, if the order cannot be provisioned in time, causing customer dissatisfaction or canceling the order.

As an additional reminder; if you are offering the AMEX gift card promo, please make sure you are adding AMEX to the VMU2 field on your Telesales OneSource cases.
