Effective immediately the SST will no longer be rejecting cases using the category "Dupt Request Submitted". Going forward, the SST will cancel the One Source case, and will place all pertinent details as to the reasons why in the notes section, ex, order number and DD. The request will be cancelled since there's nothing more the SST Rep can do to move it forward, since an order is already pending in the legacy system. An appeal can still be submitted via the current process, if any vendor feels compensation should be awarded to them. Even though the request is in a "cancelled" status, it's still contains the date and time stamps in the history section of the order that supports an appeal.
