| Telesales -- XPAK Bundle - No Promos (PZ4) -- Incorrectly placing orders | November 24th, 2009 |
Please read the notice below….we have noticed that we are not all correctly placing our Expansion Pak orders. In order for a customer to received their quoted Bottom of the Bill credits, all of the cases that are generated in the Account Worksheet must be submitted. Without proper processing of the Verizon Business Expansion Pak case (usually the last case), the customer WILL NOT receive the PZ4 Bottom of Bill credits.

*We wanted to bring to your attention that the following orders did not include a .03 version of the XPAK request, which will not update the order with the PZ4 promotional offer extended to the customer. Please go back into One Source and release the .03 part of this order. In January, an enhancement is planned that will not allow vendors to submit the requests until all versions to include .03 are completed. Currently we have no system edit to correct this problem so we need SOVA to be cautious when submitting XPAK bundle orders that include PZ4 and ensure you are releasing all components/versions of that order.
