It has been brought to our attention that many One Source cases that were submitted for Xpak Bundles in the last month, are not submitted in full.

This means the system generated summary order of the Xpak, which is found in the Account Worksheet, is not selected and submitted.

Please revist all the One Source cases that were submitted, starting 10/17 and kindly check if there is any related case sitting unreleased.

This is very important as the One Source system is linked to our Promotion system called BQT to communicate the discount you choose.

Even if the order is completed, please go back to all the xpak cases submitted, starting 10/17 to ensure that the applicable promotion is selected and submitted.
