Below clarifies the requirements needed to qualify a customer for Verizon’s Multi-Line Triple or Double Play offers. Please see below:

To qualify for the PZ4 discounted pricing, the bundle (xpak or single line bizpak) has to be new. In which an addition of a new line or new broadband and/or TV for double or triple play is required for xpak. So, if a customer is getting a new bundle pack and all that is new is just that you are doing is upgrading Broadband, they will not qualify for the promo zone discounts.


Unfortunately, many were under the impression that simply upgrading the customer’s existing broadband would qualify the customer for the Bottom of the Bill promo credits. We apologize for any misunderstanding and the inconvenience that this may cause.
