We have received several inquiries from customer’s regarding missing rebates on FiOS and DSL. We need to allow the rebate center 6 weeks from activation for rebate completion. In the event we have exceed the 6 weeks, please have the customer contact the Verizon Rebate Center directly at 866-889-3762.
