Earlier this year, VzB announced that MNS with VoIP Interface Support is available as a standard offer. Specifically, MNS (managed WAN) is available with the following VoIP products:

1) Private IP Access
2) Hosted IP Centrex or IP Trunking
3) Cisco and Adtran CPE The customer benefit is that all of the router configurations are handled by VzB. Therefore, the customer's responsibilities have been minimized. The offer also delivers a smooth installation and troubleshooting procedures. The pricing of this offer includes Managed WAN plus new VoIP interface charges.

Please note that the Adtran ACES Managed Install process is not available when VoIP is offered in combination with MNS. Therefore, punch-down of analog lines such as faxes are a customer responsibility.
