OneSource IT has corrected the problem with Expansion Pak orders. A scrolling message appeared in OneSource starting yesterday advising that OneSource is not longer accepting Information Requests for Expansion Pak orders. Per OneSource IT, they will accept Information Requests submitted through Tuesday. Any cases submitted after Tuesday will eventually be rejected or cancelled. Please re-submit those Expansion Pak orders selecting the correct product out of the product catalogue. If you encounter any problem with the cases, please submit a new OneSource trouble ticket, detailing any issues that may arise.
