During the period that the Expansion Pak Bundle like was not working, we were advised to submit our Expansion Pak orders as Information Requests. Several people have indicated that the SST centers are rejecting our Information Requests and asking us to resubmit the Expansion Pak orders, using the correct products out of the product catalog. Per the email below, the SST centers will process the Information Requests as long as they were submitted prior to 9/28/2009. If your case has been rejected, please return the reject but make sure you have the following information on the notes of the Information Request prior to returning the reject:

Answer any questions or rejections the rep may have posted on the Information Request

In regards to getting X-PAK Info Requests rejected back...if all they need is a master Trouble Ticket...just provide that you send these cases back to the SST, provided they were all submitted prior to 9/28/09.
