SOVA receives a series of daily OneSource reports regarding our orders. The reports are orders that have moved to following statuses:
Pending
Rejected
Submitted
Complete
Cancelled
Final
Currently SOVA has stopped manually updating cancelled orders in AgentView. The decision was reached when we realized that orders were still moving to compensation even though we had cancelled the OneSource case(s). In the meantime, if you have orders that have been cancelled in OneSource and you need the related AgentView order cancelled, please pool your orders on a weekly (or monthly) basis and send to me. I will advise once we beginning updating the orders in AgentView.
