SOVA is a privately held corporation co-founded in 1992 by Mary A.Trainor and E. Gene Esopi. We and our staff of specialists work hard to maintain a professional telecommunications provisioning and support organization to ensure excellent implementation of clients’ orders.

We understand that in order to be successful, our Agents need the highest level of professional support. Our dedicated pre-sale support department is focused on Verizon pricing and promotion options and provides accurate proposals in a timely manner. Each order is assigned to a dedicated project manager in our post-sale department. This individual becomes your single point-of-contact throughout the ordering, provisioning and installation process.

SOVA has developed and deployed AgentView, an in-house software program that allows us to proactively monitor the progress of each order. In addition to updates provided by our post sales support group, Agents can view order status via AgentView…including FOC dates, facility issues and carrier notes. To ensure your satisfaction with each order, we have implemented an escalation procedure to resolve any issues that may arise throughout the ordering and installation process.
